On 2nd November 2019, Music Tribe had signed an agreement with Kulim Technology Park Corporation (KTPC) to acquire 45 acres (200,000 m2) of land, for the purpose to design and build their new Industry 4.0 and “Smart” Factory in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Malaysia.
