Thursday, 22 Oct 2020, mark another achievement to Kulim Technology Park Corporation Sdn Bhd (KTPC) and Molnlycke Health Care Sdn Bhd (MHCSB). MHCSB is one of the earliest MNCs to setup their operations in Kulim in 1987. MHCSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Molnlycke Health Care Group based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The group is a leading manufacturer of medical devices, specialising in powder free surgical, dental and diagnostic gloves under the brand Biolgel®.
Invest in Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) is their 4th manufacturing facility in Malaysia to produce surgical gloves besides existing plants which is located at Kulim Industrial Estate, Kuala Ketil Industrial Estates in Kedah and Batang Kali Industrial Estate in Selangor.
This new plant in KHTP scheduled to start operation in 2021, will be located in Lot PT 3513, Industrial Zone Phase 2 with a total land area of 7.206 acres.
